If you are not 100 % satisfied with your purchase, and the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund (excluding original shipping costs) or exchange for another size / color. Return / Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment in unused and original condition. Must be in the original packaging.

Free gifts, promotional items, SALE items and customized/personalized items.
Are there any charges for return?
All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect, sellable condition, If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you. The package must include the order number, or the original receipt.
*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error. This includes the original shipping charges incurred on orders that use "free shipping."

How do I return?
On the bottom of this page, go to "Click Here For Returns Center"
Enter your order number and email address used for the order. You can also find your order with your zip code. You do not need an account. Select the reason for the return / exchange and follow the instructions.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
We now offer exchanges through our returns portal. You can request for an exchange on the same product for a different size or color. We will provide instructions to exchange the item and will ship replacement free of charge. Once we receive your return and it is processed, we will ship you your exchange. Please note that you will have to pay for any price difference in the exchange item.
In case you wish to exchange with a different product, we ask that you return your item and place a new order online. Please note: Upon receipt of your return it can take up to 7 business days for it to be inspected and processed and your exchange to be shipped out.
Part of the Burkley Case warranty includes a manufacturer’s warranty. Our 90 (ninety) days manufacturer’s warranty includes original defects on the products and accessories. Please understand that damage done by a user is not covered in this warranty. This includes: puncture damage, use of chemicals on the leather, and any damage from overloading our products with excessive weight.
Our warranty covers pre-existing faults in materials and any issues of craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the user such as neglect, wear and tear. Fine leathers like ours develop rich colors and will not stay the exact same as the day you received the item. At Burkley Case we feel that being given thirty days to change your mind is very generous. After this period, you will simply have to learn to love the choice that you have made and enjoy our high quality items for life. After all, our items are truly an item to enjoy for a lifetime.
Please understand that genuine leather products require care, and neglecting to properly care for our items will result in damage not covered by our warranty. It is best to avoid causing dramatic shape changes to our products as this also will not be covered by the warranty. Issues such as overfilling card slots in wallets, spills on the leather and other mishaps are not covered by our warranty.
